- Prepare full marketing plan and budget.
- Compile all information into document for presentation to financial institutions and client.

Stage 3: Project Launch
- Appoint professional team.
- Negotiate and conclude building contract/tender.
- Launch marketing and selling plan.
- Supervise total building process with adhered quality controls.

Stage 4: Completion
- Supervise final contract and sales payments. Sign off project with client.
